Make sure you are connected to the internet and try again.
If you are connected to the internet and it is still not working, your computer's firewall or anti-virus software might be blocking our software. In this case offline activation might help.
If you've reinstalled or updated your operating system, or changed your hard drive, you might get a 'Licensing key used on another computer' error. In these cases you will need to contact our support team to refresh your activation key, as the old one will not work anymore.
We are working on a more streamlined licensing system, but this is the way it works for the time being.
